The best adhesive we have found to keep light seal foam in place is Goodyear Pliobond, a rubber based contact cement.  Available at many hardware stores in the United States.  It is available in a tube or bottle. Please do not ask us about other adhesives as we do not use them.

Application is the easiest by thinning it slightly with Methyl Ethyl Keytone, filling a syringe and then carefully applying a small bead of cement, then pressing the seal in place and letting it dry. Be careful not to apply to much adhesive as it you do not want the foam full of cement.

Sometimes it can be just as easy to apply a thin line of cement using a toothpick.

NOTE: Pliobond and MEK are both extremely flammable so use care and a well ventilated work area.
